1 General Terms

These terms apply to every player who uses the CCZZ online gaming platform at cczz.yachts. CCZZ provides registered players with access to online casino games, sports and other gaming categories, promotional campaigns, payment services, and account support for entertainment purposes. In these terms, “CCZZ”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the platform operator. “You” and “player” refer to any person who visits, registers with, or uses CCZZ.

Online gaming involves financial risk, and results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for setting sensible limits and for any funds you choose to stake. CCZZ does not promise winnings or particular results. Game outcomes may depend on chance or player decisions, according to the rules of the selected game. These terms form an agreement between you and CCZZ. If you do not accept any provision in this document, do not use the platform, place wagers, claim promotions, or access its account services. You should stop using CCZZ and close your account where applicable.

2 Eligibility Requirements

You may use CCZZ only when all of the following requirements apply:

• You must be at least 21 years old. CCZZ may ask for age or identity verification when necessary. If an account is found to belong to an underage person, access may be suspended or closed, and any related balance or promotional funds will be handled in line with applicable rules and the relevant promotion terms.
• You must submit complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering or managing your account. This may include your legal name, date of birth, contact information, and payment details required for account or transaction checks.
• You must not use CCZZ if your account has previously been suspended, closed, banned, or self-excluded. Do not attempt to create another account to bypass a restriction or an earlier self-exclusion request.
• You are responsible for confirming that your access to and use of CCZZ complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you. If online gaming is not permitted where you are located, you must not use the platform.

CCZZ may conduct age, identity, account, or payment verification at any stage. If you do not provide requested documents or information within the stated period, access to your account or selected services may be restricted, suspended, or closed.

3 Account Rules

Each player may maintain only one CCZZ account. Opening or operating duplicate accounts is not allowed. If duplicate activity is identified, CCZZ may close the related accounts and remove any associated bonuses, balances or winnings in line with the applicable platform rules. If you believe another account has been created using your personal details, please contact CCZZ support without delay.

You are responsible for keeping your CCZZ username, login password and fund password secure. Never disclose these details to another person or respond to requests for confidential account information. Activity completed through your account may be treated as authorised when your credentials are used. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact CCZZ support for assistance.

CCZZ may suspend or close an account when there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse or another breach of the platform rules. Where an investigation is required, withdrawals or account funds may be placed on hold until the review is completed and the account status is determined.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

CCZZ accepts Maya and Gcash for deposits, subject to the payment options shown in your Member Center. Deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP/₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100 and the maximum cash-in amount is ₱50,000. Withdrawal requests start at ₱100, with a maximum of ₱10,000 per request and ₱100,000 per day. Payment availability and limits may be subject to the relevant gateway and current platform information.

• Deposits are usually credited to your CCZZ balance within five minutes. Processing may take longer in some cases because of payment-gateway checks or service interruptions. If your balance has not been updated after 20 minutes, review the transaction details and contact CCZZ support with the relevant information.
• Withdrawal requests are available 24 hours a day. CCZZ usually processes payouts within one minute, although the actual timing may depend on the selected payment gateway. A withdrawal must meet the applicable turnover requirement before it can be submitted. CCZZ may also request account or identity verification before completing a payout.
• Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not accepted. Make sure your payee name and payment details are accurate before submitting a request. If your bank information needs to be corrected, contact CCZZ support for guidance.
• CCZZ may apply withdrawal controls to help protect accounts and payment activity. The current limits are a minimum of ₱100 per withdrawal request, a maximum of ₱10,000 per request and a daily maximum of ₱100,000. Any applicable restrictions, including those linked to account status or VIP conditions, will be subject to the platform’s current rules.
• An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant under the applicable CCZZ dormant-account policy. Any administrative treatment or fee will follow that policy and the information presented by CCZZ. To keep your account details current, log in periodically and contact support if you need help restoring access.

5 Bonus Policy

CCZZ may provide promotions such as sign-up rewards, deposit bonuses, cashback, daily offers, birthday rewards and VIP benefits. Every promotion has its own eligibility requirements, qualifying games, turnover rules, collection period and expiry conditions. Review the full offer terms shown on the current promotion page before depositing or participating. Promotional amounts and availability may change according to the official announcement.

• Bonuses and any winnings linked to them are subject to the turnover or wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion. You must complete the required qualifying bets before the bonus-related balance can be withdrawn. For example, certain offers may require 1x turnover, while other promotions may specify a different multiplier. Always check the active promotion terms rather than relying on a general assumption.
• The contribution of a game toward a wagering requirement depends on the specific promotion. Slots may count at 100%, while table or other game categories may contribute at a different rate or may be excluded. The eligible games, contribution percentages and required turnover are determined by the offer terms displayed on CCZZ. Please confirm these details before playing with promotional funds.
• CCZZ may cancel or remove a bonus and related promotional winnings when it identifies abuse, duplicate-account activity, bonus hunting, rule circumvention or the exploitation of a technical error. Any review will be handled under the applicable promotion and platform rules. CCZZ is intended for adults aged 21 and above; participate responsibly, set a spending limit and do not play with money needed for essential expenses.
• Unless a promotion clearly says otherwise, offers cannot be stacked. Your CCZZ account may have only one active bonus at a time.
• CCZZ may change or end a promotion without advance notice. A bonus already added to your account will continue to follow the terms that applied when it was issued.

6 Game Rules

CCZZ offers games from third-party game providers. You can open the relevant game window to review its rules and instructions. Please understand the rules of a game before placing any real-money wager on CCZZ.

If a technical issue affects a game, CCZZ may cancel the bets involved. Should your connection drop during a round, the game server may still record the result. Once your connection is restored, your account will be updated according to that recorded outcome.

Any effort to influence results, take advantage of software errors, or operate automated tools or bots on CCZZ is prohibited. Such conduct may lead to account closure and the loss of related funds, subject to the applicable terms.

CCZZ services are provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep the platform accessible, but uninterrupted availability cannot be promised. CCZZ is not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions, technical problems, or events outside our reasonable control.

As far as the law allows, CCZZ’s total liability to a player will not exceed the amount that player deposited during the 30 days before the event connected to the claim. CCZZ will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use.

9 Updates to These Terms

CCZZ may revise these terms and conditions when necessary. For material updates, registered players may be informed by email or by an announcement on the platform.
